Productivity of the BD workers

Productivity acts as the driving force of the industry. But the BD industry operates its production with low productivity, about 40% to 50% which is not mentionable. Even our closest competitors have high productivity that helps them to lead in this sector.

So Expert recommended that they have to focus on increasing productivity through implementing various tools & techniques as well as Worker train-up counseling.
